“We believe in people picking themselves up by their
bootstraps and we think kombucha can aid in the
American capitalistic dream.”
Is there room for another kombucha brand in the juice market?
Absolutely.
Why would someone choose Kombuchacha over another Kombucha brand?
Once they taste our kombucha they will realize its superior taste and stick with us.
Is it reasonable to ask that people pay $20 for one bottle?
Absolutely. This is kombucha after all. It’s not apple juice.
But you’re limiting your market to rich people, no?
We’re trying to raise awareness for kombucha so that low-income families start saving their money to afford it. We envision lower-middle-class families creating a weekly kombucha fund. We’re also working with welfare families and people who live in subsidized housing to talk to them about kombucha and show them that the $20 they would normally spend on an unhealthy meal could be spent on kombucha.
But they’d still need to eat. Where would they get the money for food after they’ve spent it on one bottle of kombucha?
We believe the kombucha will give them the energy and spirit to go out there and make more money to be able to afford the food they need to keep living.
So this sounds like republican kombucha.
Yes, we believe in people picking themselves up by their bootstraps and we think kombucha can aid in the American capitalistic dream.
If lower-income or government-subsidized families start spending their money on kombucha over food they will starve to death.
This is what Darwin called “survival of the fittest.”
That’s not actually not how he meant it. This would be more in the realm of premeditated evil.
Watch it. We’re talking about kombucha here. Kombucha should never be criticized.
Never?
Never ever.
