Breastfeeding can be a harrowing experience if you find yourself in hostile, conservative territory. At the Breastfeeding Island for Breastfeeding Mothers we provide an exclusive, nurturing experience for you to breastfeed your baby on an island.
Enjoy the freedom of breastfeeding your child without shame or the fear of being ostracized. The media are banned from the island and we do a full background check on all participants to ensure they are liberally minded enough to encourage communal breastfeeding.
Breastfeed your baby in a grove. Breastfeed your baby by the ocean. Breastfeed your baby under a tree. Breastfeed your baby in a hammock. Breastfeed your baby over a breakfast of fresh fruit and yogurt. Breastfeed your baby any which way you goddamn please.
Many of our mothers have written us after leaving the island to tell us that they gained confidence on the island to comfortably breastfeed anywhere in the world. Perhaps you’ll be one of these confident women!
Even if you do not suffer from public breastfeeding insecurity we encourage you to come to the island to meet new friends, enjoy a round of volleyball or badminton, swim in the ocean, and share stories of pregnancy and motherhood with the people that truly understand: other breastfeeding mothers.
Our breastfeeding island experience transcends gender, race, age, and ethnicity. You will meet mothers you would never have met in your normal day-to-day lives and you will see breasts you’ve never seen before.
We of course encourage and support breastfeeding in all locations of the world, but this is just a camp for breastfeeding mothers is what we’re saying.
We’re not saying this is the only comfortable place to breastfeed or that breastfeeding women should be made into pariahs and shipped out of sight, we’re just saying take a load off and stroll through a paradise while you breastfeed your baby.
Sorry for trying to do something nice for someone. Jeesh.
