This is hard to talk about but I’ll try explaining it. I’ve been in a non-monogamous relationship with someone for three years. He is very experienced so when we’re having sex, I get very embarrassed and feel like I can’t be me. How can I feel more relaxed?

Oh boy have I got just the solution for you. Next time you’re in the bedroom, preparing for sexy time, take a moment to yourself. Head on over to the bathroom, take a look in the mirror, and without a second more, disassociate.
Now, I know what you’re thinking … “But Celeste, isn’t that something a crazy person would do?” To which I say, maybe. But listen, all the big time actors do it. I’d like to think of “disassociating” as the psychological term for method acting.
You know, when you basically become someone else so you can get the job done. Take it from Daniel Day Lewis. Or Charles Manson. It works every time. The only downside is that you may have a difficult time returning to your former self. But hey, we’ve all lost ourselves one time or another, so it might not actually be that bad.
And what’s more important, getting a good hard on, or being true to yourself? Exactly!
Best of luck on your sexual endeavors! And remember, you can always solve a problem by changing yourself for your man. I mean, do you really think Ariel missed having her voice after taking Eric’s big dick?
Keep changing,
Cosmic Celeste
